Premium single or multi-year annual support agreements provide the convenience of being able to call or e-mail Xandros Support any time without your support people having to worry about keeping track of how many support incidents they have logged. Premium service provides a faster response time than Standard Support which is ideal for servers deployed in mission-critical environments. The scope of the issues that are addressed by Annual support agreements is much wider than Basic support.
