BridgeWays Technical Support Analysts

BridgeWays, a leading developer of Management Packs for Microsoft System Center Operations Manager 2007, is currently accepting resumes for the position of Technical Support Analyst. Working with BridgeWays partners and customers, Technical Support Analysts are the technical representative providing world class support. Key responsibilities and deliverables

Provide technical support expertise in a primarily post sales capacity for BridgeWays partners and customers on all BridgeWays products
Diagnose, debug and work with BridgeWays customers technical support teams on issues related to BridgeWays Management Packs that arise within the Microsoft System Center server-management infrastructure

Position Requirements

2 years experience working in a call center environment
Experience with Microsoft Systems Center Operations Manager 2007 is required
Experience with UNIX/Linux systems monitoring/management is required
We are currently looking for candidates who have deep expertise in at least one of the areas listed below, as well as secondary expertise in at least one of the following:

Oracle Database and/or Application Server, VMware, MySQL, Apache, IBM DB2, Blackberry Enterprise Server, PostgreSQL, JBoss, Websphere, Sendmail, Postfix

Vendor certifications in the above technology would be an asset
Excellent analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal forms
Good interpersonal skills and abilities to maintain good relationships with clients and peers
Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
This position will require 7X24 availability as critical issues arise within our customers environments
