Xandros is offering a special mail-in rebate to all Windows 98, 98SE and Millennium Edition users that upgrade to Xandros Desktop Home Edition or Home Edition – Premium.

Rebate Instructions

1. Purchase Xandros Desktop Home Edition or Home Edition - Premium from any authorized reseller or from Xandros.com.
2. Print your Windows Registration Information (See Instructions Below).
3. Download and complete the rebate form (requires Adobe Reader).
4. Mail in your completed rebate form, along with a copy of your sales receipt, and your printed Windows registration information, along with your original UPC symbol cut from the package to:

Printing Your Windows Registration Information

1. From your Windows 98, 98 SE, or Millennium Edition (ME) computer, right click "My Computer" on the desktop.
2. Select "Properties."
3. Click the "General" tab.
4. Windows will show your Windows version and serial number.
5. Click the “Print Screen” button on your keyboard (this may show up as “PrtSC” or “Prnt Scrn” or something similar).
6. Open up a new, blank document in Microsoft Word.
7. Click the "Edit" menu, and select "Paste".
8. A picture of your desktop with the system properties window should show up on your screen.
9. Click the "File" menu, and select "Print".
